Classical Property Services Ltd (CPS) has over 40 years’ experience within the property industry in London and the Home Counties.  Unlike the majority of current Managing Agents based in London and the home counties, we not only care about our good reputation but the reputation of the directors and residents’ associations that we work in conjunction with.


The art of residential management is in the acknowledgement of good communication and total commitment to maintaining high standards.  We review services and contracts regularly to improve and often achieve savings, especially on insurance and domestic supplies.


Our staff provide a reliable and efficient service geared to ever-changing requirements, covering all aspects of management from administration, statutory compliance, through to general services.  We pride ourselves on being up-to-date with current health and safety regulations in our developements, and with all our staff  involved in the day-to-day services provided on our estates.

  • Collection of service charges (promptly).

  • Budget controls and expenditure.

  • Arrangement of general repairs.

  • Managing of staff and contractors eg) gardening, cleaning, security, window cleaning.

  • 10-12 day regular inspections.

  • To hold office of Company Secretary if required.

  • Regular newsletters.

  • Board room available for meetings at our London office.

  • Complaints handling procedure.
